Continuous learning programs include experiences on the job, constant contact with all levels of the Firm, classroom instruction, and professional development through seminars and one-on-one career counseling. Employees are also encouraged to take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program to pursue additional degrees, professional certifications or continuing education classes.
           

MENTORING

 

Nothing is more valuable than developing personal and professional relationships with seasoned auditing professionals. Our team project approach allows all employees to interact with partners, managers and associates. Being part of a team provides opportunities for both formal and informal mentoring, upward feedback and peer review. We pair each new employee with both a partner and peer mentor. This additional mentoring provides more personalized support for each new team member.
