Summary of Legislation — Week Ending November 21, 2025

WISCONSIN: Introduced AB 666 (SB 647) which (1) provides for civil and criminal penalties for a person who files a fraudulent claim; (2) creates penalties for locators who submit claims under an agreement that does not comply with the law; (3) requires the administrator to post on its website the name, address and penalty amount assessed of each locator service assessed a penalty; and (4) allows the administrator to waive civil penalties for fraudulent claims.
